The area is peaceful and pleasant, ideal for strolling through bright, traditional streets and enjoying local restaurants, terraces, and tapas bars.
The apartment features two double bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a fully renovated bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The bright and cozy living room includes a double sofa bed, an additional sofa, a sunny interior balcony, and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay.

We stayed in this wonderful apartment with our two children for five days in July. The location is outstanding, as it is extremely quiet, and very easy to get to by car, but also just steps away from all of the main sites. The apartment is very spacious, completely renovated and very clean, the air conditioning works very well, as does the Wi-Fi. The person who greeted us was extremely professional, and also very helpful. She provided a map as well as a list of sites and restaurants that she recommended, and answered all of our questions.We would highly recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed our week in this apartment. Had everything we needed and walking distance to everything in Seville. 5-10 min walk to cathedral and many different restaurants and tapas bars. Very quiet and also had air conditioning which is a plus! Would recommend!

We stayed in the top floor Velarde apartment for 4 nights. It is superbly located near numerous tapas bars and restaurants, minutes from the Cathedral and the Alkazar palace. Very calm street, modern and well equipped apartment. Agency staff were very kind and you can organise a taxi pick up transfer directly from Genteel home. The taxi was such a nice guy. Would not change a thing.
