Wonderful ocean view from the balcony! Had 4 adults and 2 kids, perfect amount of space. It was clean. No issues with check in or out. The sheets in the king-size bed wouldn’t stay on real good but not a real issue. Perfect family vacation in the books. Thank you!

It is in need of a deep spring cleaning and a refreshing of paint or at least a washing down of the walls in the kitchen and primary bedroom. The primary bed when we got there had a broken frame in the middle of the bed so it noticeably sagged in the middle. The second day they came to look at it and had to order a new frame. There was a missing knob on the dresser as well. The kitchen was well stocked however there was only a Keurig coffee maker which requires pods. We ended up purchasing our own standard coffee pot. The mattress were very comfortable as was the den furniture. Decor was a nice beach motif.

Clean. Great amenities. Great beach. Great views. A toaster would have been appreciated. Pool rules (no running and no ball throwing) were not enforced or observed and led to adults being run into and hit by balls
