The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a cozy couch; both offer a view of the flat-screen TV. The small, light-filled loggia invites you to relax in a cozy armchair; from here, you have a beautiful view of the villas on Brunnenstraße. A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower round out the apartment. A parking space is available in the courtyard.
Built in 1910 and lovingly renovated in 1997–98 in accordance with strict historic preservation regulations, the villa is located in the heart of the imperial spa town of Heringsdorf. It has lost none of its charm and has been shining in new splendor ever since. On the way to the fine-sand white beach, you’ll find various shopping options and restaurants, and you can also pick up your breakfast rolls right nearby.
