This single-family home, with a view of the village windmill, will delight you in every season. The stylish interior, featuring a subtle color scheme, blends tradition, modernity, and coziness while exuding tranquility and exclusivity.
A spa-style bathtub also ensures a sense of well-being. The large, mature garden features a sun terrace with a pond and, starting in spring 2012, a covered barbecue area.
Just a short walk takes you to the Haus des Gastes, the spa and health center, and to the historic town center with its pubs, cafés, restaurants, and shopping options

5-star vacation home with a large garden, garden pond, covered outdoor seating area in the garden, terrace, and garage in the North Sea resort town of Carolinensiel; 3 bedrooms, one with a Smart TV; the children’s room has a TV; living room with a TV and Amazon Fire Stick; separate dining room; fully automatic coffee machine, FFS, digital LED TV, separate DVD player, second LED TV with DVD player in the bedroom, 2 stereo systems (living room and children’s room), washing machine, dryer, ironing board, garage, handcart and beach toys, loft, all windows with electric roller shades, the house has a complete locking system, bathroom with heated floors, whirlpool tub, 2 sinks.
The beds were fitted with new 7-zone pocket-spring mattresses in 2025.
In 2021, the kitchen was equipped with a new induction cooktop, a new oven, and a new energy-efficient dishwasher; furthermore, the children’s room was refurnished.
Bedding, towels, and final cleaning are included.
The standard rental rate is based on 2 people; each additional person is charged 10.00 euros per day.
