The location is amazing! Literally steps to the beach and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Beautiful sunsets and you can see dolphins almost everyday right from the balcony. The condo was clean and well appointed. We made most of our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

The stay was great, we will definitely return. The condo was very clean, and the communication with the owner was great. The beach is just steps away, and they had toys stocked for the kiddos. I would definitely recommend staying here, if you are planning to visit the area and don't want to cross the road the road to hit the beach, I know we didn't with our littles in tow. Some places are advertised as on the beach and you have to cross the street, not this location, it is definitely just a few steps from the beach.

The condo building is very nice, and in a great area of Indian Shores Beach. The pool area has a lot of loungers to relax on and the water was warm. The Unit itself is lovely and looks just like the pictures on the VRBO website. It has a beautiful oceanfront view and in the evening the sunsets are incredible. We had a wonderful stay.

Our room wasn’t very clean. Sand was all over the floor, mold in the AC vents, dishwasher was broken and didn’t get a new one until our last day, the AC went out and was not fixed properly from the fix that was done the day before we arrived. The diverter in the tub spout came completely out so if you wanted a shower, 8 people had to wait for the extra one. The dryer took multiple rounds to dry because the vent out on the patio has a buildup of lint. Under the commode rims was black mildew and we had 2 cockroaches. I was very disappointed for the amount of money paid. I’m not expecting a perfect rental for 5,000 a week, but a working dishwasher and clean floors would have been nice. The maintenance man was very helpful and pleasant to work with when we called him for repairs.
