Classic and comfortable villa with private pool in Javea, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 4 persons. The house is situated in a coastal, hilly and residential area, close to restaurants and bars and at 4 km from El Arenal, Javea beach. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers privacy, a beautiful lawned garden with trees and a beautiful pool. The villa is very spacious and well located for Javea and Playa Arenal (short drive away). We were able to pick up the keys easily out of hours at the rental office a ten minute drive away. The facilites are good, everything you need is included, kitchen is clean and well equipped with dishwasher and most of the utensils you need. There's a washing machine and gas bbq (though we didnt use this). The pool was the best bit, it's nice and large and has a nice deep end, all in all the the kids loved it. We did get eaten a bit at night by the insects so not sure how they got into the house as there is netting on the windows. I guess this comes with the terrirory. All in all we hand a wonderful time here and would come back.
