This is a beautiful house. When you drive up it's a definite WOW. Located in a quiet welcoming neighborhood.
The open, airy living room features comfortable new furnishings, a bright beautiful stone accent wall and fantastic floors. It's a bright sunny room with HDTV and internet.
A wall of sliding doors opens up to a large covered outdoor area with additional dining tables, chairs and comfortable seating areas overlooking a beautiful pool. The pool is heated and surrounded by lush landscaping for your privacy.
The fully stocked kitchen and dining area are open to the the living area. The nearby closet holds the washer/dryer. Beyond is access to a 2 car garage.
The split floor plan provides privacy for the 3 bedrooms. These are tastefully decorated for that warm homey feeling. The master bath has a shower and whirlpool tub.
One guest room has a Queen bed and the third room has two twin beds and a shared bath.
This is an outstanding vacation experience filled with comfort, privacy, convenience and visual beauty.
Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offers an 80-acre preserve which links up with a 10-mile bike trail.

The house was very clean and just as pictured. It’s a 10-15 drive from local beaches like Venice and Manasota. The pool is very private with foliage surrounding the screened patio, so it feels tropical.

The teenager kids loved the pool especially the night light to swim in the dark being screened in with no bugs! The outside shower was an extra plus plus! Love the glass doors to see the pool! The master bedroom was huge n really loved the walk in extra extra large shower!! The house was really very clean n love the beach decor around the house to make it real beachy home feel! I didn’t ask what stuff were there but you had everything so I won’t pack as much for next time for sure for the beach so we brought beach stuff for the kids! Very nice of the pool guy coming by as scheduled n especially your handy man checking up on us and putting out n back the trash cans from the yardwork!! Great community and great location!! The suggestions to restaurants n all the beaches around! We loved it Mr.Jerry!

This home is wonderful. Everything worked great and communication from smooth. The property is well situated for visiting all over south western Florida. We enjoyed outings throughout Venice, Sarasota and inland to Myakka and Acadia. We have two kids 10 and under, they had an absolute blast in the pool and we all truly enjoyed ourselves.
