The Captains Hus vacation home is located right next to a private beach. Just step off the property and you’re on the beach. It doesn’t get any closer than this. The house and terraces face southwest, so you can always sit in the warm sun while enjoying a view of the Baltic Sea or the harbor.
The modern, nautically themed house spans three levels, each with a terrace or balcony.
On the first floor is the light-filled living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the activity in the harbor. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want. Adjacent to it is a guest bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine.
One floor up, you’ll find the two bedrooms. One is furnished with two single beds and a closet. The slightly larger bedroom features a wide double bed, a closet, a TV, and, of course, a terrace with a magnificent view of the harbor. There’s nothing better than waking up in the morning to the sight of the beautiful harbor of Olpenitz. The spacious bathroom, complete with a whirlpool tub, leaves nothing to be desired.
On the upper floor—the true highlight of the house—is the loft with a fireplace and a large rooftop terrace offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the entire harbor and the Baltic Sea. Here, you can relax right after your sauna session. Of course, you can also enjoy the view of the harbor right from inside the sauna.
There’s a shower right next to the sauna. Naturally, the upper floor also features a TV and an entertainment system.
