Dream finca suitable for children, 8 people with swimming pool in an absolutely idyllic location with excellent transport connections in all directions.
This dream villa suitable for families is located in the rural surroundings of the centre of the island, near the well-known vineyards and offers on its spacious property of 2000 m² an internal children's playground for the young guests and provides sufficient space for 8 people.
The spacious and luxurious house is distributed over 360 m² on two floors and features very high and bright rooms. The finca is furnished with care down to the smallest detail and perfectly equipped.
On the ground floor there is the spacious living-dining room, the large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the terrace, a bedroom and a guest bathroom. On the upper floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, another is even equipped with a sauna and the third has a large open wardrobe. All rooms are very modern and furnished with great care.
It also has satellite TV and Internet/WiFi. You won't lack anything in this fantastic house.
The well-maintained landscaped area offers the much-desired shade on hot days and the large swimming pool (10m x 5m) will delight you. Sun loungers are ready for you and there is an outdoor barbecue.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie auf der Finca verbracht, trotz der teilweise hohen Temperaturen von um die 40 Grad. Dann fanden wir immer eine Abkühlung in dem großen, tiefen Pool.
Der Gastgeber Andreu war sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Sein Motto lautet es gibt Lösungen für jedes Problem. Und so war es dann auch! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Freundlichkeit des Besitzers
Zudem sehr hilfreich als es darum ging, ein Coronatesttermin zu machen.
Die Finca ist ein Traum. Viele große Räume, die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und der große Garten mit Pool für Familien gerade in diesen Zeiten ist wunderbar. Ruhe und Urlaub fernab von Leuten möglich.

This house has lots of space, a large kitchen and several bathrooms, and the outdoor area is simply amazing! Lovely pool, outdoor kitchen area, many sitting areas and playground. Ideal for families with small children!
