The apartment was not clean. The floors especially were dirty.. made my feet dirty when walking, barefoot

Everything was clean and our stay was great

The condo itself ascetically was accurate and nice. The air conditioning doesnât get to the vents in 2 of the bedrooms well and the rooms do not have fans. The washer/dryer would stop washing and would have to start over and the dryer took about 3 hours to dry. Had to start it over after 60 min about 3 times. TV had issues working in the living room, wouldnât change channels. We live in Florida, so we brought our puente beach accessories, but if flying in, the umbrella has rips in it and is not usable. The location was great to St Johns Pass and the beach.
