No Tape, or any type of adhesive for celebration signs. This rips our drywall and causes damage.
Fridge operation, if the freezer drawer is open even in the slightest, the fridge will not cool properly. Please leave on 38 cool and freezer 0. Adjusting and packing full, just causes overheating.
Please treat the HVAC thermostat like at home. At night cool down, during the day, set normal temperature (around 74-72 degrees). HVAC repairs can take 24 to 48 hours.
At check out, leave the sheets on the beds, and used towels can be piled by the front door. Running a last load of dishes and emptying the trash will help the cleaning crew as well.
Most importantly, have fun but please be safe. Your safety is our top priority.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had our family reunion here with adults and kids 9 and under. The pool was on the warmer side but still refreshing, and the walk to the beach was absolutely perfect — close enough to avoid the hassle of parking. Every room had a spacious bed and a well‑stocked bathroom, and the downstairs shower was a huge convenience after sandy beach trips.There were a few things missing that future guests may want to plan for, like beach towels, mixing bowls, and some larger cooking supplies. It didn’t cause any real issues for us, but it’s helpful to know ahead of time.The AC was incredible — truly one of the best features of the house.On our last night, a pipe outside the home burst, but management communicated quickly and handled it as best they could. We appreciated the responsiveness.

Overall the house was really nice. We loved the layout which worked great with our family. Location was great and close to things to do in Folly and just a few blocks away from the beach.

Stayed with a group of 13. Which included 2 pregnant women and 2 infants. At check in, the door code didn’t work, but the property management was quick to respond and get us in the house. There were bugs (mainly roaches and ants) in the kitchen (some dead, some alive and crawling over the countertops and stove) the A/C went out the first night, we first noticed around 10:30pm. I let the PM know. They responded quickly and set up a tech to come check it out the next day. (It started working by 6:00am) unfortunately it got very warm upstairs, a few people roughed it and used what fans we could to try and stay comfortable. A few chose to move downstairs and sleep on the couches and floors. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a serious bug problem. There were bugs crawling and flying constantly, we’d dispatch the ones we could, but when we’d go to check later there would be more crawling in the bed, on the floors and in the bathroom. Unfortunately that was where I was staying and decided to join the no A/C crew downstairs to get what sleep I could. There were a good bit of cosmetic damage/wear and tear around the house, which doesn’t affect our stay like having the A/C go out or bugs crawling in your bed, but still took away from the experience. Then there was the toilet in the half bath downstairs, which had the handle broken on the inside of the tank, so you had to remove the lid to flush it.
