À propos de cette location de vacances
Relaxation awaits at this spacious pond front home in the Forestdale section of Sandwich on beautiful Cape Cod. Enjoy the outdoors on any of our three decks, in the yard, or around the fire pit. A kayak and a stand up paddle board are available for use in the pond.
Inside you'll find plenty of space for you and your guests. A generous size living room has space for many to get comfy, have good conversations, or watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of essentials, and you can enjoy your meals around the dining room table or out on the deck.
The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and includes a king bed and its own full bathroom (RENOVATED February 2026!) with a walk-in shower. In this bedroom you'll find access to a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. There is also a half bath on the main floor.
Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms. One has two queen beds, and the other has a queen bed with a pull out twin trundle. There is a full bath (RENOVATED February 2026!) on the second floor with a tub shower.
Head to the basement for fun, fun, fun! A pool table, dart board, tiki toss, and more will keep you entertained for hours. There is also a second TV in the basement and a closet filled with games and puzzles. The basement sofa pulls out to a bed and there is another full bath down there.
Wifi access is included so you can connect to your streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video on the two smart TVs.
Close to beaches, shopping, dining, and other Cape Cod attractions.
There is a smart doorbell on the front door.

Fantastic! Beautiful setting on a pond with great outdoor seating options. The inside was perfect with a large living room for hanging out right by the kitchen. Just as pictured. Keri was the perfect hostess all around. We loved Naukabout Brewery just minutes away, the town of Sandwich to the north, and we rented bikes for both the Shining Sea Trail and the Cape Cod Trail. Highly recommend this house!

The home was all that it was advertised to be. It was very comfortable for our 5 adults plus two young adult visitors who stayed 2 nights. Plenty of bedspace and bathrooms, with a great game room. The backyard setting was peaceful with a lovely pond view. It was very hot during our stay, so the shade was appreciated. The home stayed cool with the AC and fans working steadily.

Perfect stay! Super clean, comfortable, and quiet. Loved the attention to detail and fast communication. The backyard/pond setting was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again.
