The house has a cozy, secluded garden with a direct staircase leading down to the beach. In the outdoor area, you can sunbathe, barbecue, and enjoy the beautiful sunset. If needed, you can rent a mooring for your boat (up to 3 metric tons) right in front of the house.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and a coffee maker. A washing machine is available.
