To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essential items upon arrival. These are intended to cover your first night and initial needs.
Starter items include:

* One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
* Paper towels
* Dish soap
* Hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap
Please note that additional supplies will be needed for the remainder of your stay, and we recommend bringing or purchasing any personal items according to your preferences.
WE DON’T PROVIDE SALT OR PEPPER
Extra services
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the heater warms both the pool and the jacuzzi simultaneously. The water may take up to 24 hours to heat completely, so we recommend arranging and paying for this service in advance. And if your property has a grill, please note that it has a $29.95 fee.
Want to check in early or have a late checkout? Let us know one days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Pet friendly
Most of our homes, including this one, are pet-friendly, and we do not charge any fees for bringing your pets along. However, we kindly request that pets not climb on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied to your card on file for any violations of this rule.
We would also like to inform you that all reservations must be made by an individual over the age of 21 years old.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room and we loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom they could use. The check in process was very easy and accessing the resort was seamless. My niece and nephew loved that the pool and waterslides were right on the same street as our house. Everything was clean and we had no issues while we were there. I would highly recommend this property and if we are ever back in the area will definitely stay her again. Thank you for giving us such a great experience from check-in to check-out.

The day of check-in I received a call stating that the house I reserved was not available and that they were going to upgrade us from a 5 bedroom to a 6 bedroom house. We only had 4 people so that wasn’t really an upgrade. This disappointment was that this house was much further away from the golf courses we were playing. I was told that it was the same distance but it certainly was not. Took almost an hour to get to each course when the house that I had reserved was within 5 miles of each course. The house was nice but the neighborhood had garbage all over the street.
