À propos de cette location de vacances
The vacation rental “Wohnen im Burghof fewo1846 – Moewensicht” is centrally located in downtown Flensburg, more precisely at Burghof 2. Built in 1909, the building was last renovated in 2022 and offers modern and comfortable accommodation with a living space of 68 square meters, ideal for up to three people.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with only one floor and is easily accessible via a staircase. Inside the apartment, you will find a well-designed room concept with a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with an open sofa area, which can also be used as a sofa bed for a third guest, and a separate dining area. The floors in the living room and bedroom are fitted with high-quality parquet, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. For your safety, all windows are fitted with privacy screens.
The kitchen is designed as a separate room and is fully equipped. In addition to a ceramic stove and an electric oven, you will find a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, a food processor, and a blender. All necessary kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and spices are provided, so you don't have to compromise on comfort. The equipment is supplemented by dish towels and cleaning supplies. A trash can is also provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and mirror. A hair dryer, first aid kit, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher ensure a safe and comfortable experience. In addition, bed linen, hand towels, and bath towels are provided in sufficient quantities, and a starter kit is also provided.
A baby cot and high chair are available for families with small children. The apartment is also non-smoking and therefore particularly allergy-friendly. A washing machine for your own use, as well as a clothes horse, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are provided to make your stay easier.
The living area has a digital cable TV with a screen size of 44 to 55 inches, which also receives international channels, as well as a radio receiver. Wi-Fi with a download speed of at least 25 Mbit/s (e.g., VDSL) is available, so you are well connected both privately and professionally. A full-length mirror and a wardrobe are also available.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Den Blick auf den Hafen und den Ruf der Möwen haben wir genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
