Great property

The house worked perfectly for our family. It was well located and parking was adequate.

Great cabin, good location, wonderful communication!

The good: lots of space for our family of 8. We had most necessities. The location is great, close to all the action but quiet and private. The property has a pool. I would stay in a different house at this resort again. The bad: host informed us less than 48 hours before check in that the lower deck was unsafe to use and that included the hot tub. We were not given a gate access code prior to check in and had to wait for another resort guest to let us in. No house info so we didn't have the wifi password. No cell signal to contact the host to get the info.We found rodent droppings in the master bedroom, even on the bed, and a trap set under the bed. What if the trap had caught something? At night the problem rodent(s) kept me awake with chewing and scratching. I informed the hosts and they sent someone to clean up the droppings. The master shower leaked through the floor into the kitchen. At least a gallon of water. When I informed the host they told me to make sure we close the shower curtain. There were multiple slow draining or clogged drains and obviously a plumbing problem, not an open shower curtain. The bunk room was really well done but it was stifling hot in there. My kids complained there was not enough air circulation. No screens on any of the windows so we couldn't open them to get fresh air. The stairs all had nail heads that hurt our bare feet. None of the remote controls had working batteries.100% would not recommend without improvements.
