Cozy clean cottage on a quiet street steps away from the beach. No high rise condos, no blocked skyline. You are a few strides away from an uncrowded beach and beautiful sunsets. We are 4 miles away from upscale shopping and dining at Rosemary Beach, and 6 miles away from Pier Park and all that Panama City has to offer. Perfect for small family, or a romantic getaway. King Bed in master bedroom, two Queen beds in 2nd bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and I'm adding an air fryer for the Spring. Laundry room. Two Flat screen smart TVs. High speed internet. Regular coffee maker, and one cup Keurig coffee maker. 5 beach chairs.
Famed Thomas Donuts and local Carousel grocery/liquor/gifts are 2 miles away. Walmart, Winn Dixie, and Publix grocery stores nearby.
Fun attractions include Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World, Wonder Works, Ripley's, snorkeling, parasailing, go-carts, putt-putt golf and lots more. Two state parks to explore nearby, Camp Helen State Park, and St. Andrews State Park.
The Frank Brown Baseball/Softball Complex is 4 miles away. (I have washing machine and dryer for uniforms.)
For couples wanting quality time together, the fun Florida Fish House is nearby, dining at the Pearl, shop at the Farmers Market weekly at Rosemary Beach (6 miles). Visit the food trucks and shopping at Seaside (18 min away), and finish the day dining at Bud and Alley's then enjoying their rooftop bar. Also near famed RED BAR in Grayton. You will have a blast! Monthly rentals are accepted only through winter months October through February. No monthly rentals will be accepted during Seasonal months March through September.

Can't beat the location! Very quick walk to the beach, which wasn't crowded even in June. I had to reach out to the owner a couple times during our visit (which I've never had to do ever staying in a VRBO) and she was super responsive and made sure we were taken care of! Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs available, along with some beach toys that my toddler enjoyed. Beds were extremely comfortable and I appreciated that there were box fans in each room too!

I love this little, adorable beach cottage! It is a super quiet home and neighborhood, conveniently close to all the fun restaurants and pubs in both Rosemary, Alys, Seaside, Grayton, and Panama city Beaches. It's a short skip to the beach. Has the best hostess, Robbie, who is not only welcoming, but will help you with any questions and situations. She is definitely passionate and hands on with her property , ensuring that you have the best stay whileyouarethere! And did I mention how quiet at night this property is?!! (Yes I did! one of the biggest sellers for me , besides the close proximity to the beach !) I would without a doubt rent here again.

Clean space with lots of room for our family of 4. There was good A/C with a big fan in each room if needed for comfortable sleeping. Full kitchen and spacey living area. Also, is very convenient walking distance to the beach. Would definitely recommend this rental.

The cottage was great. Insanely good location…a 5 min walk to the sand and even though it was spring break, we were always able to get a perfect spot on the beach. We brought chairs but one broke so we were thankful she had several extras. Robbie was very communicative and allowed us to have a later check-out to accommodate our daughter’s 19th birthday. We had 4 girls sharing the 2 queen beds and hubby and I had the primary bedroom. Everyone was very comfortable. They complimented the mattresses. House is extremely well stocked. Leagues better than my own kitchen at home, even down to common spices, a billion cooking utensils, and extra cooking appliances like an air fryer and 2 coffee pots. Rooms were clean and tons of storage and hangers. Very happy we were able to snag this cottage. Would be happy to stay here again!
