The condo was a perfect place to spend a month in Florida. I felt at home immediately. It was well decorated and furniture was good including an incredibly comfortable couch. Nice amenities in the unit and in the complex. The location was close to town, with a lot of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We really appreciate the many amenities you provide. My husband especially enjoyed the fitness center and practicing his pool shots.

Thank you Kelly and Mike for such a delightful stay at your beautiful condo. The location was perfect and your condo was very spacious and meticulous in decor. We found the view of the large span of riverfront so relaxing whether on the wraparound terrace or sitting in the great room - what a view! The bed was very comfortable with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
We are especially thankful that Mike met us upon arrival and gave us a very comprehensive tour of the grounds and amenities, our underground, secured parking spot and the semiprivate elevator to the condo. He fully showed us how to operate all the technical systems and WiFi. We were also surprised to a gorgeous fresh floral arrangement on the dining room table - nice touch, Kelly.
We highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.
