The Space:
Welcome to your new favorite home away from home in the historic Midtown district of Mobile! Experience comfort and convenience in our beautifully designed space. Step into the cozy living room and unwind while streaming your favorite TV shows on our state-of-the-art flat-screen TV with Roku. Our modern eat-in kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a spacious center island, and seamlessly connects to the dining room, making entertaining and quality family time effortless.
With four generously-sized bedrooms, everyone in your group will find their perfect spot to rest. The first three bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, while the fourth bedroom is specially designed for kids, equipped with a bunk bed and a futon. The fifth bedroom treats you to a luxurious king bed, and the final bedroom offers two comfortable queen beds, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for all.
Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy, while a large laundry/mudroom serves as a practical back entry accessed through a covered walkway from the carport. The fenced-in backyard completes our home, offering a safe and private space to relax and play.

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Our home provides parking for two cars in the driveway and 2/3 vehicles on the road in front of the house. Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

The property was great for my familly. We were there to attend a funeral. The space was excellent. The host was quick with responding to all of our needs when they arose. I would definitely come back as we are in the area frequently.

We brought in 11 people for a wedding. There was plenty of space for us all. The host was quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. Everything in the house was staged nicely for us. We enjoyed our stay!

I will start this by saying this is a pet friendly rental, which usually goes with some concessions. That being said the main things I would like to highlight or the following:1. Electrical outlets are scarce .. main bathroom on bottom floor no electrical outlets!2. If you do not slam the doors, they will open on their own just from gentle walking around the house bedroom doors open. This is an older house, but I’m just letting people know.3. Two bedrooms upstairs, only a window unit and never called it down.4. The door into the home is a code the code worked for opening the door however, locking the door was a almost impossible thing we ended up calling the company and they informed us there was a key that was in a lock box so apparently they have a lot of problem with this. We ended up using the key the whole time. 5. Do not attempt to open the front door as I don’t believe the door works correctly and door locks correctly6. Minimal TVs, which is fine just like people to know that.We were in town for our son‘s wedding and we were not in the house a lot, but you know it. It served its purpose.
