I booked the place for my friend and her 5year old daughter and they loved that the place was so spacious with a lovely, private outside area as well and with kids books, puzzles, games, crayons. The location is perfect! Walking distance to the beach and Kits Pool, W4th Ave, bus stops! Communication with the host was so easy and friendly. Would book it again!

A very nice home to stay in. Has a great private outdoor area with many plants to relax in. Location is perfect, close to the beach, close to shopping, can easy walk to BC place or take a scooter. This is the best vacation rental I have used.

This was our second visit to Vancouver; it does not disappoint! The food, people, culture, and availability of public transportation is superb. Be prepared to hunt for parking should you choose to rent a car. Livio's place is very convenient to the beach; yet somehow he's managed to create a secluded and peaceful place to relax and enjoy your stay!
