No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad. A guest access code is provided to all guests before check-in, and you can easily let yourself in. Hosts will great you at some point to welcome you and answer your questions.

- No pets are to be left alone in the home at any time without being crated. You may seek out a pet sitter as well. We have had crazy damage done in the past from pets left free and no one with them even though we asked this not to happen. Again, please do not leave pets alone without being crated.
- Pets are not at any time to be on the furniture including beds. Please do not let the pets sleep in the beds. This is a cleaning issue for the next and future guests.
- We would like you to crate pets at night to insure there are no accidents in the home
- There are dog bowls for your use in the porch area
- You are responsible for any damage that may occur. If damage does occur, we will provide an estimate of damage along with a monetary request for damage reimbursement.
Pets are honestly an issue depending upon the responsibility of the guest. Please help us insure that we can remain pet friendly. Please be responsible with your pets. Intentional violation of our pet policy may result in cancellation of your reservation or request for additional cleaning fee.

The host was easy to contact and responded to all questions. Entry to property was great. This property is situated on a large lot. Plenty of outside seating. Two tables with chairs, one under the pergola, the other free standing. Grass is well maintained. Inside the beds are very comfortable with good sheets. The host has plenty of towels, more than we needed. A reserve supply of toilet tissue was available. Kitchen has the usual things but host added Klondike Ice Cream Bars, S'mores fixings, water, coffee and filters. Under the porch there is a container of toys for the younger children. Outside there are bikes for the whole family, plus helmets. Thermopolis is a small town, so grocery and gas stations are close by. The fishing was wonderful. Boysen is a huge lake and our boat was only 1 of 30 on July 4th. The fireworks were visible from the property and they were amazing. Definitely recommend for families.

This is a great little property. Enjoyed easy communication with the host. The extra details were wonderful- from the treats (ice cream, soda, popcorn, smores stuff), to the breakfast foods (banana bread, eggs, juice, fruit), to the bicycles and the fire pit. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and nice, and we highly recommend this property.
