This great Gulf Shores Condo is located on the beautiful white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico in the Southern Sands complex. It is located only 1/4 of a mile from Hwy 59 within walking distance to fun activities and great restaurants, such as The Hangout! This condo is super low density with only 18 units in the complex. That means no crowded beach, no crowded pool and no crowded parking lot! The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, ice-maker, new stove, blender, etc. and granite countertops! Living room has cable TV and DVD player. Each floor has a **free** laundry room for your convenience. Dining room seats six guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the sleeper sofa in the living room is also a queen size bed. Master bath has a walk-in shower. Beautiful outdoor swimming pool.

The stay was amazing exactly as described and it was clean great view of the gulf the host was very helpful from the time we booked our stay thank you very much for your condo and a opportunity for us to make memories as a family

Great location to the beach, shopping, restaurants! Only 18 units in this complex so our pool was never crowded and a convenient path to the beach! Great little condo with plenty of room. Dianne was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Very nice property. Great location. Super easy and close to get to the beach. It was nice not having to haul stuff very far. It is also close enough to walk to shops and restaurants so avoid trying to park and deal with traffic. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed 5 nights at this property. View is beautiful and the unit is right on the main drag. Communication with the host was excellent, with quick responses. Check in process was simple. What we didn’t like was ants in the kitchen sink, a used bandaid stuck to the mattress cover of the hideaway bed, somewhat sandy floors when we entered and took our shoes off, and having to put away the dishes from the last renter. The light wasn’t working in the master bath but we just used the light in the shower unit instead.
