Welcome to Wyk. This 3-room, non-smoking apartment on the first floor of a new building features a wonderful SOUTH-FACING TERRACE with a cozy beach chair and comfortable patio furniture. There is also a covered east-facing terrace. In the large garden, you can play with the children and the whole family can wind down the day with an al fresco dinner.
The owners have lovingly furnished two apartments in this building. High-quality, very attractive hardwood flooring has been installed throughout nearly the entire apartment.
The light-filled LIVING ROOM features a beautiful, large corner leather sofa, an armchair, a wood-burning stove, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table is very spacious, seating 5 people.
The modern, open-concept KITCHEN, equipped with many extras, is perfect for cooking.
BEDROOM 1: Large double bed and closet. BEDROOM 2: Here you’ll find 2 single beds, which can also be pushed together. There’s also a closet here.
