Moored at the Conflans-Sainte-Honorine river stop, right in the heart of the city, our HouseBoat offers breathtaking views of the water and a unique landscape. Unwind!


Accommodations for up to 6 guests.

Enjoy the rooftop terrace and its 360° view. You’ll find a professional-grade griddle, a large table, and a foosball table.

Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, stovetop, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.
The dining table separates the kitchen from the living room.

Furnished living room: large, comfortable sofa bed, armchair, wooden table, bookshelf, and a double view of the Seine (from the terrace and the side of the house).

Bedroom 1:
Large double bed with a beautiful view of the terrace and, beyond it, the Seine. New “Bonsoir” bedding.

Bedroom 2:
Double bed in a ship’s cabin-style setting. Separate from the first bedroom.

Bathroom:
A bathroom with a toilet and a large walk-in shower. Towel warmer and hair dryer provided.

Pillows, bed linens, and towels are provided, as are basic kitchen essentials.


The surrounding area:
The house is located in the heart of the town of Conflans-Saint-Honorine. Cafés, restaurants, and shops, as well as numerous activities offered by the town, are right at your doorstep.

Safety on board:
- A fire extinguisher is available in case of fire.
- 12 personal flotation devices (children’s and adult sizes) are available in the storage locker located on the terrace across from the room with a view.
- The house is equipped with radar reflectors that indicate your position to merchant ships and recreational boaters at night.

Prohibitions:
- Swimming is strictly prohibited. In the event of drowning, we accept no liability.
- It is strictly prohibited to tamper with the houseboat’s mooring lines, water connections, or electrical connections. If you have any doubts, please contact us immediately.
- The HouseBoat’s maximum capacity is 12 people on board due to the weight, which could cause the vessel to sink (reminder: max. 6 sleeping spots).
- Parties and gatherings that may disturb the neighborhood and/or endanger the houseboat are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

You are on a houseboat, so large merchant ships may occasionally create some waves. Don’t worry—the house is securely moored.

Finally, the house may make some slight creaking noises. Don’t worry about that either.
