Located in beautiful Solana Beach, this rare, 5 BD/5.5 BA custom home has been perfectly designed for family living. With an award winning farmhouse kitchen, charming courtyard with fireplace, a formal dining room for larger groups, multiple living rooms, and spacious bedrooms, this luxury accommodation is sure to make everyone feel at home.
The courtyard boasts dining tables, bar seating, and lounge chairs set up around a relaxing fireplace, with fragrant wisteria climbing the trellis around you. The sparkling private pool and spa are available for your use, as well as a huge grass lawn great for playing games, or letting the kids run around on!
The pool can be heated upon request for an additional $150/day, plus tax and service fees. Please let us know if you are interested! Please note that it takes 12-24 hours for the pool to heat up, so it is best to arrange this ahead of your stay!
You cannot find a better home for entertaining. With three living rooms, an expansive kitchen, multiple dining tables with leaf inserts for extra seating, the options are endless! One of the large living rooms has a regulation size Foosball table, 75 inch TV, an indoor bar, and plenty of seating on our sectional couch, sure to entertain for hours! If you're looking for something more relaxing, there is another spacious living room with a comfortable couch set in front of a charming fireplace. With calming views of the green grass and landscaping, it is the perfect place to put your feet up and unwind.
No details were missed in the farmhouse kitchen, great for larger groups or families. A chef's dream with double Wolf ovens, Wolf 4 burner gas cook top with griddle, SubZero refrigerator, KitchenAid dishwasher, and freezer/refrigerator drawers. There is seating for 20 between our two large dining rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and gadgets you will need to cook meals for your friends and family!
The secluded master bedroom has an incredibly comfortable California King bed, a large flatscreen smart TV, and a private sitting area for sipping a coffee in the morning, or a nightcap after a relaxing day. You also have access to a spacious deck that overlooks the front yard. The bathroom includes a steam shower, double vanity, jetted bathtub and walk in closet.
The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a private bathroom, as well as beautiful views of the backyard.
The Jack and Jill bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin bed, as well as a spacious deck to overlook the front yard. Each bedroom can sleep 3 people, and the shared bathroom is large enough for everyone!
The 5th bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed, flatscreen smart TV, and a bathroom just outside.
The home comes equipped with high-speed wireless internet throughout the house, a full sized washer/dryer for your convenience, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as beach and bath towels, linens, and other supplies to make you feel right at home!
This home is in the perfect location for the Racetrack, downtown dining, bars, and shopping. We are just across the freeway from the racetrack- less than a 5 minute drive! Grocery stores, great restaurants, shopping, and beaches are all within a few miles of the home. Location cannot be beat here at this Luxury Oasis!
There is also a guest home on the property that the homeowner uses occasionally throughout the year. We cannot guarantee his schedule and there is a chance he will be on-site.
If you are interested in having a private chef come to the home to cook for your group, please let me know and it can be arranged!

The property was wonderful for 5 adults and 4 children 5 and under. My grandchildren were in heaven with the great big yard. The configuration of bedrooms/bathrooms was just right for my family - they think we should go back next year! This home is conveniently located near the freeway and easy to get to the beach.

We rented this home for a family wedding nearby. The location was excellent, in a gorgeous neighborhood, with shops and markets down the hill. There was plenty of room for 8 people, and more than enough space to spread out inside or out. Sitting at the front of a large lot, you could probably have a soccer match on the back lawn! It would be lovely to have more activities to utilize that space. We enjoyed lounging poolside, soaking up the sun. However we decided to declined the extra charge to heat the pool, as the temp was refreshing once you jumped in. The kitchen is outfitted with basic necessities, and could use an update on a few things. It's definitely a lot of house for the price! We did notify management of a funky smell in the downstairs bedroom (right off the laundry). Highlights were the location, space and adult sized beds (no bunks), and the large yard/pool area.

We stayed at 2 weeks and the inside of the home is well cared for but the outside left a lot to be desired. We have 4 kids under 10 and the spacious home gave room for the kids to relax and run around.
The inside of the home is extremely clean and especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Toilet paper, laundry soap and dish soap was lacking and not enough was provided for the full stay. The kitchen appliances and utensils were great. The center island had a broken sink and the wood material had issues. The dryer seems to be on its last leg and it takes 3-4 hours to dry a load of laundry.
The outside was not well cared for and dirty in many areas. The pool was not well maintained. The pool area and furniture was full of mud, sand and bird poop. The courtyard had dirty seating and the overgrown landscaping. Made entry in and out of the home very difficult.
Most disappointing was the camera(s) watching the pool area. We were told they were motion censors, then later disabled cameras and then finally they removed them because they were cameras. A gentleman with the license plate or SPCY SAM came to remove the camera(s) and his plates matched his vibe. It was gross and I’m sure he was watching our family and the cameras were real.
Easy to access grocers, Starbucks, beach, etc. Internet and phone reception stink. We use ATT and had no phone signal at all. No beach towels, chairs, supplies are available which is disappointing considering beach distance & norm visitor needs.
