The house is very clean and nicely furnished and finished. Two conditions of the house cause me to give it less than five stars. First, the proximity to a well traveled road make sleep impossible due to road noise, which begins in earnest by 4:30 a.m.Second, the loft, listed as a third bedroom with two twin beds and futon, as well as kids play area, would be really great, but there is no air conditioning up there. The daytime temperature was in the 90's while we were in Lewiston, which is typical for summer, and that space was like an oven. Several fans were available in that space, but they were of no help since the air up there was so very hot. We could not use that space for sleeping or playing, so practically speaking, it was only a two bedroom house.

Really lovely property. Stocked with everything we needed. I would certainly stay here again- but I'd remind people that indeed it sleeps 6 but it does have just one bathroom. The only thing that didn't work was the ice maker in the fridge. Everything else was above and beyond.

There were only two of us but this home will accomodate way more. It’s cozy! It’s well thought out! You get a whole back yard to yourself. We will look for this place rvery time we return to Lewiston.
