Great place to stay when visiting Tampa, perfect location close to airport, downtown, Channel Side, etc. Lots of room, nice 3 bedrooms, kitchen, TV, great parking. Our son now lives in Tampa, so we will be back for sure.

House was nice and was close to everything in Tampa. House was clean and surrounding neighborhood was nice and quiet. The second shower was difficult to use due to a panel that was missing upon our arrival. Hot tub was very nice. Shower water pressure is a bit low. Main shower head is a little low for anyone at or over 6 feet tall. Main bedroom fan is also low for anyone at or over 6 feet tall.

The host was great at keeping us informed! Also the welcome basket was a nice treat!

Overall, the house had a unique smell that was not pleasing. Not sure if it was due to the age of the home but it was uncomfortable. I'm a TV person so the television not working in the master was an issue for me personally. I did not realize the other two rooms didn't have TV's.
