This holiday home has been recently renovated, with a new, fresh and modern design designed to enjoy as many views as possible - open spaces, which are very comfortable.
It is distributed in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine... everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The best thing about the Papagayo Luxury Apartment is its large terrace with a dining area that offers the perfect space to enjoy the atmosphere of the sea while dining.
It is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy... at the foot of Playa de San Agustin and just a few minutes from other popular resorts such as Maspalomas or Meloneras, it will satisfy all the wishes of anyone looking for sea, luxury and good service.

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

👍 We really enjoyed our holiday in San Agustín. The beach is peaceful and relaxing, although it can be quite windy at times. The house is located directly on the beach. Parking is on the street, but we always managed to find a spot within about 200 meters, so it was never a problem.
The apartment itself is very well equipped and had everything we needed, was clean. We also very much appreciated the possibility of a late check-out, which made our departure much more comfortable.
Overall, everything else was really nice, and we had a great stay.
👎 The only drawback was the bathroom – it is a bit outdated, has no window or fan, and the shower and toilet are in the same space. For four people, this can be slightly inconvenient.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views of the beach. In a quiet area but with restaurants, shops and bus stops within a few minutes walk. We did not hire a car but found it very easy to get around using the frequent bus services.Carlos and his team were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions.The only downside was some noise from the upstairs apartment with furniture constantly being moved around but this did not detract from what was, overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in a quieter location but with easy access to amenities and transport.
