My friend and our two 13-year olds needed a place with enough beds (this was perfect - the boys got the two twin beds), within walking distance of downtown (about 2 miles) and somewhere safe so the boys could wander around without us. Communicating with the host was super easy, they were very quick to reply and give suggestions. Nothing about this visit would we change.
