Spinola Home is a spacious 95 m² apartment, fully renovated in 2022, that will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
It's located on Calle Cardenal Spínola, a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of Seville's historic centre, between the San Lorenzo and San Vicente neighbourhoods.
The Cathedral, Giralda and Alcázar are only a 10-minute walk away.
Ideal for families or groups of friends. The entire old town on foot, no traffic noise, no rush.
The main bedroom faces the exterior through large windows with acoustic and thermal insulation, ensuring a good night's rest. It has a double bed (150×200), chest of drawers and wardrobe. This room has its own private en-suite bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet and WC.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cm) and a built-in wardrobe. The apartment has a second full bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC, ideal for families.
The kitchen is fully equipped: spacious fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, washer-dryer, dishwasher and all the utensils needed to cook comfortably.
The dining area, integrated next to the kitchen, has a large table and built-in cupboards, creating a practical and functional space that works both as a dining area and workspace.
