Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the gulf. Sleeps 6 with ease. Located on the second floor, the view from the balcony gives the impression you are sitting out by your own pool. From the balcony, you can view the pool and the gulf, enjoying the sound of the waves and the birds. The property is one of the most well maintained buildings on all the Gulf Beaches. A covered gazebo with 3 gas grills and add to the amenities. Many wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay at DWS107. The beachfront complex is very welcoming and has a friendly atmosphere, which made our stay enjoyable. The condo itself is well-stocked with everything you might need for a month long stay.

We shared the month later ng condo with friends. Took the pressure off cost. The owners in the condo were friendly and welcoming. Couch needs an upgrade. Overall great.

Very nice property super close to the ocean. Could hear the waves in the condo. Very well equipped. Nice people at the property. Away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater

The property was nice especially its location. However this unit is greatly in need of a major update. From the living room furniture to the beds, shower heads, kitchen utensils need replacing.
