Our newest Royal Garden Studio! Off the beaten path (yet close walk to everything), this ocean view condo is an end unit, and where you want to be! A sunrise view to start the day from the east mountains and Diamond Head in one suite, that stretches out past Ala Moana and West for postcard sunsets in another suite!! There is bathroom, lanai to relax, a small yet efficient kitchen, valet parking (for a fee), and did we mention the views? Bedroom overlooks the Ala Wai canal as well, where guests can watch the canoe races or stroll along the canal with the Ko'olau Mountains as a backdrop! Feel at home with central a/c, cable TV, and FREE high speed internet! It is a short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.
Ali'i Beach Rentals guests who stay at the Royal Garden at Waikiki, which is a Wyndham property, are invited to take advantage of the fitness center, relax at the outdoor pool & garden area after a full day of playing in paradise after registering with the front desk.
The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. You're a mere stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. Great location. Easy to walk to nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy and smooth. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. The AC does not cool down the room well so we did find it quite warm in the room. Overall we were really happy with the room, just wished the AC unit worked better.

Beautiful view, clean, and cozy. Giving it 4 stars because the A/C is currently NOT WORKING at full capacity. The intake hoses would freeze completely when running, making the A/C weaker and not able to cool well. I inquired about this and they sent someone to look at it, but all he did was turn it off and melt the ice build-up. This was a temporary fix because the hoses would freeze completely once running again. To make it bearable during the night, I would leave the A/C off during the day, and then have the coldest shower possible before bed, and then turn the A/C back on, after the hoses were melted, so I wouldn’t overheat during the night. In my opinion, this is way too much work for visitor to do. Before booking I would double check if the A/C is fully working. Especially if you plan to hang out inside at all! Honestly I think it’s time to replace the machine, it looked pretty old.

Our stay was amazing. Bed was so comfortable and the location was great. So close to many shops, the beach, bus stops and restaurants. We loved the pool and the laundry room was very convenient.

Property was good, apart from the air conditioner which didn’t really cool down the room, it consistently leaked and was full of black mould.
