Other Things to Note:

HOA requires a Tenant approval from TenantEvaluation.com. The cost of the application is $50/Tenant if the agreement is more than 3 weeks of arrival or $100 per tenant if the application needs to be submitted less than 21 days before arrival. Homeowner will help with the application process and help nudge the application for approval. Tenant is responsible for the application fees.
