As a guest of Kaibo 10—affectionately known as “Kokomo”—you’re just steps from this vibrant waterfront scene in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo set beside the restaurant, bar, and marina.
Freshly refurbished in December 2025, Kokomo now welcomes you with an elegantly updated living and dining room, featuring warm contemporary finishes and comfortable, stylish décor. The front porch has also been refreshed, offering an even more inviting transition between indoor and outdoor living—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails in the island breeze. Additional unit upgrades enhance comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
Perched on the second floor, the condo offers serene views of the beach, the complex pool, and the tranquil expanse of North Sound. A well-equipped kitchen lets you prepare favorite meals or mix beachside cocktails while taking in the glow of the setting sun.
A spacious screened lanai further blurs the boundary between indoors and out, allowing you to unwind to the soothing soundtrack of the shoreline from your private retreat. As my girls would say... 10 out of 10. This was our 6th trip to Grand Cayman and I think we've got it figured out. I love 7 Mile Beach but staying at Kaibo Yacht Club is my new plan from now on. There are trade offs, the beaches at 7 mb are better than this part of the island, but that comes with the crowds. Kaibo is quiet, tranquil and the views are simply incredible. This unit was everything we hoped it would be. Clean, comfortable and the views are truly to die for. We've stayed several times on properties 2-3 times more expensive and Kaibo Yacht Club is my go to from here on out. Lounge chairs on the beach were plentiful, nights were quiet and the drive to 7mb was just part of the adventure. But at the end of every day... we loved coming back to the peace and quiet of this condo. We will absolutely return.

The condo was nice, in a safe, quiet location, and the pool and beach area were very nicely maintained. Things that we would like to have seen or been included would have been more amenities like kick boards, beach toys or kayaks... because some of the other units came with those items. Things that needed to be improved or included in the unit were a working bathtub (could not find drain stop), more paper towels, some laundry detergent, liquid hand soap, wash cloths for the kitchen (only had towels), and more facial cloths for the bath areas (only a few were left for our week stay). It would have been nice to have more furniture for a family of 6. The kitchen area included a nice table for 6, but there was only one living room sofa (which wasn't the most comfortable) for that space. The ottoman for the sofa (without a back) was used for the second piece of furniture. For us, since the balcony was quite small, it would have been nice to have lounge chairs versus a table and chairs, which took up too much space in our opinion. For the most part, the unit was clean; however, the ceramic flooring in the bath areas showed dirt build up around the edges and under sink area.

Location was awesome! The unit however is very dated with an uncomfortable leather sofa. The unit also needs some major updates!
