• Second Bedroom (Lower level): Queen bed, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, terrace access, and en-suite bath.
• Third Bedroom (Lower level): Queen bed, flatscreen TV, private closet, shares a full bathroom with the fourth bedroom.
• Fourth Bedroom (Lower level): Two twin beds, shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom.

We welcome reservations up to one year in advance. This home is nonsmoking, not suitable for events, nor for families with very young children or pets.

Alpine Edge provides essentials for a weekend stay, including paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hotel-style toiletries, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Fresh pressed linens and towels are provided, including extra towels for the hot tub.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
