Elongated and spacious (105 sqm) independent apartment, on the second floor, overlooking the sea from the north and with balcony in a private uncovered area in the south. The north bedroom has 2 single beds, which can either be converted into a double or used as a corner sofa. The room also has a desk for office use, as well as an office chair, upon request. The bedroom on the other side has a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and, upon request, baby equipment can be added at no extra charge.
In the center of the building, there is a spacious open plan kitchen-dining-living room, which is illuminated by a glass skylight. In this room, there is a sofa that becomes a single or a double bed, as well as everything you need to try your art in Mediterranean cuisine. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower, one of which with hydromassage.
The main balcony is located right opposite to the beach and above the street which in summer is pedestrianized and is the ideal destination for walking or jogging for the young and the old. From up here, you can enjoy the sounds and colors of the city from the comfort of your home.
Via an external staircase the visitor gains access to the private terrace of the building, which is equipped for you to enjoy relaxation and the incomparable Mediterranean Sunscape: spacious dining room, sunbeds, and a unique hot tub area for 4 people, overlooking the endless blue …
The renovation of the building has been completed in 2021, with quality architectural supervision, so that the space is functional, with respect for both the environment and visitors: low pollution devices, sound insulation and thermal insulation, selection of mainly natural materials such as wood and iron used in the construction, quality household items a true love and passion for its creation. Space, of course, is nothing but images that come to life through human experiences ….
Roof top is available from the 5th of May till the ending of October.

The apartment is excellent, it was stocked with all the essentials to enjoy your entire stay plus a starter kit to get you immediatly into holiday mode. Including fruit, local meats and cheses and even a bottle of wine.
The flat was kitted off with all the things needed to make it a home from dish washer tablets, coffee pods for the nespresso machine, wasing up liquid and even detergent for the washing machine. Etc...
The apartment is modern with a balcony in each room one over looking the beach and the other into a quiet coutyard. The apartment included a roof top dinning area and hottub with sunloungers and umbrella overlooking the beach.
Another highlight of the trip was the inclusion of breakfast daily, this is a freshly prepared breakfast with a choice of 5 options (eggs, pancakes, yoghurt etc...) meeting all varied tastes and includes a drink of choice. This is Served from a bar/resraurant right below the apartment. The service at this bar is rather good too. The only issue is that it is a bar, and it did play loud music daily until 3am, with occassion that the noise from the bar would rattle the windows in the front bedroom depending on the song. But is isolated to the front bedroom and we were fortunate enough to be able to sleep through this but not sure this will be the case for all travellers. The noise is dulled by doors and windows as installed by the host.
Lastly the hosts were super friendly and acomodating and very responsive, we had a great time here

Popi was lovely and was prompt with all communications. The serviced accommodation is modern clean and comfortable with all the mod cons and included a lovely welcome pack. It has fantastic views of the waterfront and is close to restaurants and shops so everything is close at hand. Would stay here again. The front room does get some muffled noise from the restaurants below at night but not enough to prevent a good night’s sleep.
