Beautiful custom home, fully handicapped accessible, and completely kid friendly! Your dogs are welcome, and there is an enclosed area off the deck especially for them. Wireless internet, cable, and local phone line. Relax by the gas fireplace with a book or games (puzzles and games provided). Or go outside to relax in the hot tub built into the large deck. Sleeps 10 in beds, 2 in sleeper sofa bed, and 2 more little ones in a crib or pack and play. Sofa sleeper is in second den with doors that close to create 5th bedroom. Dining table, extra table, and additional chairs to seat all sleeping guests. Just ask for any children's items you might need--we have toys, games, videos, booster, jog stroller, etc.

This house was perfect for our family vacation of adults and young children! The house is very kid-friendly with a playset, latches on the deck to prevent little kids from getting near the steps or hot tub, and other kid items (crib, plates, utensils, etc.) We enjoyed the time on the back deck in the evenings as well as the hot tub and playset area. It was comfortable and clean--wonderful house to spend time together as a family! The location is great as well: away from the hustle and bustle of town, but only a few minutes drive away from downtown!

It had everything you need for young kids. Our kids had plenty of sleep options, a crib and multiple pack and plays as well as bed rails. Has a tub for littles to bathe. Kids loved the hot tub, and the play gym. There’s a fire pit- because of fire danger we couldn’t use the regular fire pit, but there’s a backup propane fire pit on the deck which was awesome. Plenty of fridge/freezer space and an insanely stocked kitchen (with kids items to boot). Great views of shadow lake, and close to national park/Granby/Grand lake. Would certainly stay again if we repeat our joint family trip in Grand county!

We had a family of 9 this trip and everything was perfect. There was plenty of room inside and outside. The kitchen is beautiful. The bedrooms were roomy, and the beds were so comfortable. 10/10
