À propos de cette location de vacances
For a relaxing vacation in an exclusive and elegant setting with the whole family, in a peaceful home just a short walk from the town square and the sea in Castiglioncello
The property
This spacious and stately home is located in Castiglioncello, an elegant and peaceful place to spend your vacation with the whole family, just a short walk from the sea right in front of it—more precisely, from Quercetano Bay, an enchanting spot brimming with energy, especially when the salty sea breeze fills the air. It features two entrances—one from the living room and one from the kitchen—outside of which there is a garden equipped for summer dinners with a gazebo, a table and chairs, and a chaise longue. The house consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Guest access
Access to the entire property and part of the garden
Other things to keep in mind
Currently, there are a few meters of scaffolding on a small section of the sidewalk facing the main street because the neighbors are renovating their terrace. This does not affect the usability of the outdoor spaces
