Welcome to the Residenz am Strand

This exclusive vacation apartment complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike and the fine sandy beach, just a few meters from the pier and the “shopping promenade.”

With our wide range of options, we can fulfill every wish—from solo travelers to family vacations, there’s something for everyone. Do you want to explore the area, get to the beach quickly, or would you prefer an apartment with a lake view? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last true local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
