Nice property so close to RMNP! Check-in was easy and the cabin was well-appointed. Wildlife was plentiful so it was nice to sit outside and see the views and experience nature. There were plenty of places to see, shops to visit and a good selection of restaurants nearby.

The views here are unmatched. You get an amazing view of Longs peak and the Rockies themselves. The location is perfect, only 5 min from RMNP and 5 min from town. As for the cabin, it was in great condition and has nearly everything you need. Only thing I recommend is bringing a knife due to theirs being very dull and almost hurt ourselves cutting trout for dinner lol. I can’t really complain about much else though as it was clean and very nice layout with a big porch to hang out on. There’s also a few neighbors but it is far enough away from others to where the vibe is still pretty private. There is no AC but you won’t need it due to the cool mountain air and plenty of windows for air flow. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and plan on doing it multiple times in the near future! This place is perfect for those early morning hikers that want to get to the park at the crack of dawn along with those that want to spend a quiet night on the town.
