Space was clean and well described. The house was located on a busy street and cars drove by often into the night. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed all things Willmington had to offer!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was most responsive. Nice to have ample parking. Unfortunately the street noise and location was a drawback.

Honestly the house is great. The updates were nicely done. Nice and spacious, It’s the location that’s super sketchy. There was a shooting just outside while we were there. The outside noise is loud at all hours day and night. With lots of street walking traffic as well as being on a main road. With a rehab clinic just outside the front door. The fans and the one tv does not drown out the outside noise. While I will say no one bothered us or our vehicles while we were there I never felt safe going outside other than to get in my car. There’s no dressers or TVs in the bedrooms. Which for us staying extended stay meant living out of our suitcases. For what we paid I feel like it was way over priced due to location and cleanliness. The beds we’re comfortable and communication with the owner was prompt.
