Splendid panoramic penthouse just renovated of 115 sqm + 60 of terrace, quiet in an elegant neighborhood well connected to the historic center, Trastevere and just 2 km from the Vatican (bus stop 50 meters away and metro 3 minutes walk) and 20 minutes by car from Fiumicino airport.
The penthouse consists of three bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 triple), living room with large window that leads to the panoramic terrace, semi-habitable kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The terrace is equipped for romantic and relaxing dinners under the Roman sky.
A few meters from the house there are shops of all kinds and supermarkets (as well as restaurants, bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and all types of services). Very close to the Idi dermatological hospital and 3 bus stops from the Gemelli hospital. Excellently connected by bus and metro to the historic center and any other destination (metro A, Vatican Eur, stadium, etc.).
Apartment equipped with every comfort and functional for short or long-term stays. Also ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
The elegant 5-storey building is served by a lift. Easy parking.
Guests are reminded that, according to Italian law, a tourist tax of €6 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days must be paid at the property. Children under 10 are exempt.

Loved our stay. Our host was welcoming and friendly. She even helped us to get there from the airport by ordering a driver for us. The terrace is huge, and we ate most of our meals there. Simply lovely. Would be happy to return.
