Nicole is a dream to work with. Thank you.

Pool was dirty when we arrived. We were told it was to be cleaned every week. Had to make several calls to get cleaned. No net for skimming. Was the only thing we were not happy with.

The house was perfect for our needs . Convenient to drive to the parks and nearby restaurants.

We stayed for 3 weeks in July/August 2022 at this villa. There were 11 people in our group, ranging in age from 9 to 64
The positives
The pictures do reflect how the villa looks. It has great amenities - the games room, good Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, good sized bedrooms, 4 of them with ensuite bathrooms.
The family loved having breakfast at the huge kitchen island to plan our day. It was also perfect for evening drinks and games!
The pool was lovely and warm, even though we didn’t have any heating (as we opted out). The shade from the tree was perfect!
Check in instructions were clear and we liked not having to take a key out and about with us.
The owner was responsive during the booking process and we didn’t need to contact them during our stay.
The location of the villa is excellent. We had a rental van and could get to Disney in 10-20 mins and Universal in 25 mins. There’s loads of restaurants and shops nearby, just a quick journey by van.
The not so positives
The villa does need some minor TLC around the edges which I will feed back directly to the owner directly, nothing worth mentioning here or anything major.
We would stay at this villa again.
