The Type 2 vacation apartments are comfortably furnished. They measure 69 m² and are designed to accommodate up to 6 people (4 people + 2 extra beds). They feature two bedrooms, a living area with an open kitchen, and a bathroom.

The cozy living area, with a comfortable seating area and a TV, along with the fully equipped open kitchen, offers a great place to relax together in the apartment. Thanks to the two bedrooms, however, there’s also a quiet retreat where you can unwind. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. You can comfortably start and end your evening on the balcony. Wi-Fi is available. You can use the washer and dryer for a fee. Of course, we provide a parking space in front of the house. The fine-sand, white beach is only about a 3–4-minute walk away.

The vacation home on Strandstraße is located in Karlshagen. Karlshagen is one of the 10 must-see Baltic Sea resorts on the sunny island of Usedom. The former fishing village has been a popular vacation destination for many tourists for 135 years.
