We had a wonderful last minute trip to Fredericksburg, this location was perfect. Communication was great, and property just as described. We loved the hot tub, with outdoor TV. Beds were comfy and home had an overall cozy vibe. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Fredericksburg!

The house is lovely and the backyard even better. The WiFi/ service in the house is a little spotty but that is the only call out. Would 100% stay again.

Fredericksburg is always a fun place to stay. This house was located so close to Main Street. The hot tub and fire pit were an excellent way to end the evenings! We will definitely stay here again.
