House was very clean, as described and right on the beach! Ed's communication was great and he was able to help us out in a pinch on check out day!

The good: The property was good and the location was exactly as described in the listing. Places right on the ocean are hard to find and in that respect this property was a gem. The host was also an amazing communicator and I appreciate that very much. We had a garbage disposal fail and the host immediately managed the replacement and it sis not interfere with our stay much. (These things happen) Host even dropped off a few bottles of wine which was a nice touch. The ok: The unit we rented was on the second of three floors which should not have been a big deal but it turned out to be. I say this not a controllable from the hosts standpoint but there were three couples or normal size and a child upstairs to us, I say normal size because it appears that as soon as they climbed the stairs they morphed into elephants will abnormally heavy footfalls throughout the day (no big deal) and the night (a very big deal as it was at 2,3 and 4 am). It was so loud it felt almost on purpose. This disrupted sleep for our entire party. So word to the wise, request the top floor, we didn't get a lot of sleep. The not so good: The overall cleanliness of the unit was not what you would hav e expected for the involved and the furniture on the patio was in disrepair with a few chairs broken. The host offered to replace but at the time we only had a few days left. In summary we would consider stayiong again but only the top floor.
