We had a family reunion with 21 people in the house much of the time (only 12 overnight visitors). It was roomy and we made use of the game room, fireplace, and barbecue. It was a perfect setting for this event.My only suggestion is to have a diagram of the placement of bedrooms on the lower level so that people can anticipate who would share bathrooms, who would have the room with access to the hot tub, etc.

Beautiful house fully stocked kitchen amazing views! We had a personal chef come and cook one night and she said it was the most beautiful location she had been to! We had a blast!

We had an excellent family reunion at Dillon Beach!! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for everyone. We enjoyed the back deck that looked out in both directions to Bodega Headlands and Tomales Bay. We were able to walk to Dillon Beach and tide pool at low tide. The kitchen was large with lots of countertops. We enjoyed the big table that allowed us to eat family style together. The game room and hot tub were well used. And the bedrooms were clean, and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home.
