The house was conveniently located and reasonably priced, and the kitchen was well equipped. The stay was comfortable—especially the window unit, which kept the temperature comfortable even during the heat of the day.The layout is a bit quirky/weird, and cleanliness wasn’t quite top-notch (we noticed things like spiderwebs in corners of the ceiling). Overall it still felt welcoming and a little like staying at a family member’s place—just with some odd quirks. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This home perfectly suited the needs of my aunt and mother during their visit. It had every amenity they needed and the extra bedding options meant they could host the grandkids for a sleepover. The nightlights are a small but often overlooked detail in short term rentals and we appreciated having them throughout the home. The host had great communication - even reaching out promptly when they discovered my mother's phone still in the house after checkout! Checkout was possibly the easiest we've ever experienced with no "extra" responsibilities. The living room set up is a bit awkward, likely due to the desire to accommodate extra bedding options but it still totally works. I'd definitely recommend this home and will likely have family stay here again. (My mother cannot navigate stairs well and there are many in my home, hence the need for a vrbo rental.)

Clean nice home within walking distance to a lot of things in town! Had a wonderful selection of soaps, movies on dvd, board games, books. Couch beds were comfortable in the living room! A lot of items in kitchen for use- blender, coffee press and pour over drip coffee filter, popcorn maker, kettle and plenty of cooking/baking items. Nice size driveway and backyard. Floors were slick so we learned to not wear socks on them unless they have grips/non slip. They also had the best honey I have ever had which made me reach out to the company to find out if I could purchase some! We came to town to help our daughter move to Fort Collins and were very comfortable and happy with our stay! Hope to use often in the future when we come visit!
