The Space:

Soak in the sunshine in this charming coastal cottage located a short walk to Sunny Cove and many other beaches of Pleasure Point. Short-term Rental Permit #211408.



This older home has been updated yet retains its charm with a large, lovely yard to relax in after your full day at the beach, a large sunny porch, a front deck with a peek of the ocean, and a backyard patio with a barbecue and outdoor seating. 



The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full bed, and the office has a trundle bed that makes up to 2 twin beds. There is an updated kitchen with dining area, a lovely living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.



This cottage is located across the street from a dog friendly beach. One dog is allowed to stay at the cottage with the payment of a $50 non-refundable pet fee that will be charged once the booking is confirmed.



Within a few blocks from a Starbucks, East Cliff Brewery, the Sunday Farmer's market and several restaurants, this location is one of the best in Santa Cruz!!  Pleasure Point provides all the benefits of the quintessential California beach life, from the dog-friendly beaches to the host of dining options catering to all culinary tastes. A quick 10 minute drive to the Boardwalk and Capitola Village, yet tucked away on a quiet street just steps from the beach.  Only 40 minutes from San Jose International Airport and 1 ½ hours south of San Francisco.  Monterey, Cannery Row, the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium and beautiful Pebble Beach and Carmel are only a 30 to 45 minute drive south.  The options are endless!

No Parties or Disruptive Behavior: Surf City Rentals prohibits parties, open-invite events, disruptive gatherings, and any behavior that disturbs the surrounding community, including excessive noise, visitors, trash, smoking nuisances, parking issues, trespassing, or vandalism.

Cancellation Policy: We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, and no exceptions will be made.

Trip Insurance: We strongly advise all guests to purchase trip insurance to protect their booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Guest Access:

SLEEPING CAPACITY/GATHERINGS: The maximum number of people allowed overnight is 6 (2 per bedroom plus 2). The maximum number of people allowed for celebrations and gatherings between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM as per the County Code section 13.10.694 (d)(1)(D) is 12.



The Neighborhood:

NOISE/DISTURBANCES: County Code Section 8.30.010 states quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and must be followed within the Santa Cruz county limits.



PARKING: Street parking only. No parking permits are required to park in this neighborhood.
