The apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, satellite TV, and a hi-fi system.
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower.
On the 12 m² south-facing balcony, furnished with 2 sun loungers, a table, and 4 chairs, you can enjoy the sun from morning until evening.
With the high-quality wooden furniture and furnishings selected with an eye for detail, you’ll look forward to cozy evenings in front of the gas fireplace.
